The two methods that we have for exchanging information is through e-mail and by telephone. Our preferred method for us to help you is first to ask you to put your questions in writing by email through the portal that we are providing to the address shown on the contact form. Please tell us as specifically, and with as much detail as you can, what information you would like us to provide. We will continue communicating with you by e-mail as far as it is practical. However, if at any time either of us feel that a telephone conversation is preferred, we would happily schedule a phone call.
